臥式螺旋沉降過(guò)濾離心機(jī)式利用沉降原理對(duì)懸浮液進(jìn)行分離、澄清、用過(guò)濾段對(duì)固渣進(jìn)行二次脫水，對(duì)固相顆粒直徑0.03-10MM的懸浮液均可固液分離或脫水、干燥。

無(wú)孔轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)套裝有同心的卸料螺旋，兩者高速同向旋轉(zhuǎn)的同時(shí)，又具有一定的轉(zhuǎn)速差，該轉(zhuǎn)速差由傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)及差速器產(chǎn)生。懸浮液由進(jìn)料管進(jìn)入輸料螺旋內(nèi)腔，經(jīng)加速后進(jìn)入轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)，在離心力作用下，密度較大的固相顆粒物沉降到轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)壁，形成沉渣環(huán)層，并被卸料螺旋不斷推送到轉(zhuǎn)鼓小端而排出轉(zhuǎn)鼓外，澄清后的液體不斷從轉(zhuǎn)鼓大端的溢流口排出轉(zhuǎn)鼓外，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)懸浮液的固液分離。

現(xiàn)有用于火鍋底料行業(yè)的臥式螺旋卸料沉降離心機(jī)出油率基本已達(dá)到瓶頸，出油率無(wú)法再做提高，我公司自主全新研發(fā)的臥式螺旋卸料離心機(jī)取得了較大突破，該機(jī)型結(jié)合了臥式螺旋卸料離心機(jī)沉降離心機(jī)和過(guò)濾式離心機(jī)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，且篩網(wǎng)轉(zhuǎn)鼓直徑大于傳統(tǒng)形式的臥式螺旋卸料沉降離心機(jī)過(guò)濾段轉(zhuǎn)鼓，當(dāng)物料通過(guò)轉(zhuǎn)鼓對(duì)接法蘭處的螺旋推料器I末端進(jìn)入螺旋推料器II前端時(shí)，物料被疏松后并重新布料----進(jìn)行二次脫油，且該處的分離因素大于一次布料沉降區(qū)。二次布料脫油更加 徹底。本機(jī)型自動(dòng)連續(xù)操作，可自動(dòng)進(jìn)行二次布料，二次分離，出油率更高。與傳統(tǒng)臥式螺旋卸料沉降離心機(jī)相比，針對(duì)不同火鍋底料，出油率可再提高2%~4%，經(jīng)濟(jì)效益顯著。設(shè)備采用下沉式結(jié)構(gòu)，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)，安裝方便，輔助設(shè)備少，維護(hù)和操作簡(jiǎn)單。
